Besides, skills competitions also enriches curriculum resources while improving teaching quality. In this paper, we reviewed research papers and outlined the positive effects of guiding students to participate in skills competition on the growth of young teachers. Several targeted suggestions are then put forward with the goal of facilitating the transformation of the teachers’ teaching philosophy, enhancing their professional development, and ensuring their rapid growth.
