Abstract

Document Submission System Application (DSSA) is a mobile application used to apply for administrative letters. DSSA is used by residents of Koba Regency. In this study, researchers measured the level of user satisfaction with DSSA. This study uses the TAM method, while the variables used are Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), and Behavior Intention (BI). The main objective of this paper is to see the positive impact of PEOU on ATU and BI. In this study using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). SEM was used to analyze data using AMOS 24 software. Data collection used a survey method using offline questionnaires to the community with a total sample of 100 respondents who live in Koba Regency. The results of this study indicate that Perceived Ease of Use has a direct effect on Perceived Usefulness of DSSA, Perceived Ease of Use has a direct effect on Attitude Toward Using DSSA., and Attitude toward Using DSSA has a direct effect on Behavioral Intention using DSSA
