Abstract

The article is devoted to the influence of the information society on human rights. In modern conditions, the stages of the evolution of human information rights, which can be considered as an independent complex of rights, principles, requirements, guarantees and protection mechanisms within the framework of the law enforcement system, have been studied. It was determined that the formation of information rights is influenced by a number of factors, the most important of which is the informatization of public life, which leads to the formation of a global information society. The positive and negative aspects of the introduction of digital transformations into everyday life have been studied.
