Abstract

Climate change represents one of the serious problems of humanity in the 21st century, and identifying solutions to solve it is a priority on the agenda of states and regional, and universal organizations. Given that the right to a healthy environment has emerged in recent years as a fundamental right, the climate changes we are witnessing will dramatically affect both directly and indirectly the content and process of realizing this right. In this article, we aim to identify the main challenges, but also highlight effective remedies in the field proposed for research.
