Abstract

Abstract This article investigates the image of happiness among children with different levels of creativity. The results of the investigation led us to clarify the differences in the attitude to happiness expressed in pictures drawn by senior preschool children. Children with a high level of creativity interpret happiness as an emotional phenomenon. Their image of happiness is built up with social interaction and a focus on other people. Children with a low level of creativity associate happiness with material need satisfaction. Their image of happiness is impersonal, concrete, and it is not focused on other people.
