Abstract
The foundation of a harmonious community is the mutual respect offered by each individual, right as a sign of recognition of the existing values within the society. Respect is one of the most important moral values of every human being, because it is the key to a harmonious social interaction. However, in recent decades there has been an alarming increase in the rate of violation of the rules of social coexistence, through demonstrations and brutal actions to disturb public order, a fact that denotes a lack of respect and good sense towards the moral norms promoted by society. The first legislative acts in which some regulations of acts of hooliganism were found date back to ancient times.
