Abstract
Secure key distribution and management is a primary research area in wireless sensor network. The requirement of secure and efficient communication between the nodes in a sensor network has directed the cryptographers to design various light weight key encryption and distribution techniques. In this paper, we have discussed and analyzed the different key distribution protocols and proposed the highly secure polynomial pool based key distribution technique with the help of sparse matrix to reduce the storage and computational complexity
