Abstract
A method of minor tooth movement has been discussed which is esthetically acceptable to adult patients, completely tooth-borne, all metal, and removable with little or no tissue impingement. A modification of the original High Labial appliance used by Crozat was described using cast chrome cobalt alloy, which makes the fabrication of the High Labial appliance relatively simple and inexpensive.
