Abstract
The HERA-B experiment aims to measure CP-violation in the B system, by exploiting the interaction of the proton beam of the HERA accelerator at DESY with a wire fixed target. Besides the main goal of measuring the β angle of the CKM unitarity triangle, a wide experimental program on B physics will be pursued.
