Abstract
In this Note, we are interested in the Gromov-Witten invariants of symplectic toric manifolds. These are invariants of the symplectic structure of the manifold. We announce an explicit formula for their computation that uses in particular a localization argument in the corresponding equivariant theory. As an application we give an example of a (non-Fano) toric manifold for which Batyrev's abstract computation of the quantum cohomology ring does not apply.
