Abstract
Abstract The emission spectrum of the Green Band System of BaF has been photographed on a 35-feet concave grating spectrograph in the second order. Some new bands have been observed and analysed. Precise measurements of the Q1 band-heads are used to calculate the band-origins which have led to the determination of accurate molecular constants for the upperC2π1/2and the lower X2Σ states of the molecule.
