Abstract

The aim of this contribution is to analyse the ways in which grammatical aspect, namely congiuntivo, is presented by the authors of videoblogs on the YouTube platform. The materials on this site are meant as extracurricular activities for learners of Italian LS/L2. Grammar always arouses controversy because its supporters find it necessary and fundamental in language learning, while its opponents are of the opinion that one can acquire language naturally, through communication, regardless of grammatical theory. Our aim is to observe how young authors, being digital savvy, present such grammatical aspects.
