Abstract

Science and technology has developed very rapidly in a large scale through the latter half of 20th Century. But this development will inevitably give the important effects on the future status of humankind possibly in a very critical way. We now need the appropriate assessment for this development of science and technology. What should be, then, the philosophical background of the assessment? This would be one of the radical questions to foresee and to evaluate the future global human society.
