Abstract
The tracheobronchial amyloidosis is a rare pulmonary disease, especially the tracheobronchial type, but the mechanism remains unknown. The clinical characteristics and manifestations of the disease were not typical. Patients will develop the onset of cyanosis when tracheal stenosis occurs because of the invasion of amyloid. The critical problem of anesthesia is that the suitable tracheal catheter is hard to be insert into the trachea during the induction. An anesthesia treatment and analysis about the patient with tracheal amyloidosis was reported. Key words: Trachea; Amyloidosis; Anesthesia, general; Intubation, intratracheal
