Abstract

The two genera monographed in this paper are both members of the family Vacciniaceae and have been considered by various authors to belong to either of the two tribes, Vaceinieae or Thibaudieae. In a recent treatment of the latter tribe, the writer' pointed out that they are best placed in the tribe Vaccinieae. In studying these genera, material from several herbaria has been seen.
