Abstract
The article addresses and explains the problem of the genesis of the genealogical tree of the emergence, development and regulation of the principles of electoral law in the Republic of Moldova. For this purpose, the genealogy was resorted to to see whether or not these principles were dealt with within it. As a result, we found that the emergence, development and regulation of the principles of electoral law were not dealt with, in particular, in the Republic of Moldova or in other states. However, we believe that the idea of evolution, genesis, purpose of study, methods, tools, materials used, etc. is welcome and that, by analogy, it can be applied to the research of the emergence, development and regulation of the principles of electoral law in the Republic of Moldova.
