Abstract
The article describes the result of the H. Selye’s scientific manuscript “From Dream to Discovery: On Being a Scientist”. According to the methodological works of H. Selye in sphere of analysis of psychology of scientists’ creativity, the author offers the method of forming the scientific collective based on the analysis of professional scientists’ characteristics. We have received the following scientific results developed H. Selye’s ideas: 1) the ranking of characteristics of a personality on a 1-10 scale has been put forward; 2) the groupwize systematization of characteristics of a personality was elaborated 3) the stages of labor production in the part of a scientific collective and the required level for characteristics of scientists’ personality were specified. The obtained information about the formation of a scientific collective is presented in tabular form.
