Abstract

The accelerated process of urbanization and the adjustment of national housing policy provide a new chance for the development of residential real estate. But the speed of building new public facilities is relatively slow in the development of residential constructions, which affects both the improvement of life qualities for residents and the development of the housing industry. With the analysis of current urban public service facilities, the main configuration principles of the living form of overall architecture and cell-level public service facilities are indicated, and a hexagonal system model is proposed for positioning of city settlements morphology.
