Abstract
Nearctic species Limnodrilus maumeensis Brinkhurst et Cook, 1966 (Oligochaeta, Tubificidae) recorded from Russia for the first time from the Don River near Rostov-on-Don. Variations of penis sheath of sexually mature specimens are measured and illustrated by photographs. Data on macrozoobenthos community in the sampling site are provided, including species composition, number and biomass of the species.
