Abstract
The Communist Party and the Soviet Government manifest constant concern for the development of public education and for raising the cultural standards of the Soviet people. An extensive program is now under way in our country to fundamentally reorganize public education in order to improve the labor upbringing of children and to strengthen the school's ties with life.
