Abstract

Summary. The Comprehensive Ability Battery (CAB) was administered to a sample of British students and the test scores were subjected to an oblique factor analysis. Six factors were extracted which fitted closely those described by Cattell and colleagues. This supports their claims concerning the structure of abilities and the utility of the CAB in Great Britain.
