Abstract
This paper combines the implementation of “the Belt and Road” initiative, which corresponds to the opportunities and challenges brought by Chinese enterprises “Going Out” and the internationalization of vocational education. Take Harbin Vocational and Technical College for example. It explores the transnational school-enterprise collaborative school-running mode in Vocational Colleges from the analysis of communication background, exploration and practice, thinking and so on. In addition, it introduces the process and achievements of Harbin Vocational and Technical College Transnational School-enterprise Collaborative School-running.
