Research on "3 + 2" Talent Training of Connection System between Secondary and Higher Vocational Education of Automobile Inspection and Maintenance Major

Abstract

In the secondary vocational school, we should formulate a talent training program that emphasizes skills, and then select excellent students to vocational and technical normal colleges through counterpart promotion. We should cultivate their advanced skills through the talent training program, so that they can become the senior blue collar talents urgently needed by the society. Through this 3 + 2 secondary and higher vocational education system through talent training research through system mode can improve the level and characteristics of Vocational and technical normal colleges and secondary vocational colleges, and resources can be shared between schools. Vocational and technical normal colleges can help secondary vocational colleges improve teachers' engineering practice ability and comprehensive quality, and secondary vocational colleges can cultivate excellent students to provide vocational colleges with Technical Normal University. At present, science education has a complete talent training mode from high school to doctor's degree, and there are more cooperation between high school and university. But there are few researches on vocational education. Through the research of this subject, we have explored a talent training scheme of 3 + 2 secondary and higher vocational colleges of automobile inspection and maintenance major, which is suitable for the effect of vocational education industry cluster in our province, so as to make vocational education bigger and stronger.
