Click to increase image sizeClick to decrease image size Additional informationNotes on contributorsNaveed BaqirNaveed Baqir is an assistant professor in the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economic (Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management) at the University of Delaware. He earned his PhD in information systems from University of North Carolina at Greensboro. During 2006–2007 and 2008–2009, he received funding from the Government of Pakistan to conduct research on information communication technologies (ICT) based socio-economic development in Pakistan. Currently he is consulting the government of US Virgin Islands for the gap analysis in the implementation of Health Information Exchange mandated by the Affordable Care Act of 2010. He serves on the board of directors of several civic and technology organizations. His areas of interest include ICT for development, hospitality information technology, privacy and security, knowledge management and electronic government. His work has appeared in the Communications of the Association for Information Systems, Journal of Knowledge Management and Economic Insight.Mengyu LiMengyu Li is an honors student at the University of Delaware and completed her Summer internship at Borgata Hotel.
