Abstract
目的 研究台盼蓝晶状体前囊染色的效果和安全性.方法健康日本大耳白兔24只,分为台盼蓝染色组和空白对照组;每只兔左右眼分别采用直接染色法(A组)及气泡下染色法(B组).观察角膜内皮、眼前段、眼压变化及不同时期病理和超微病理表现.结果A组角膜内皮轻度着色,晶状体前囊着色,虹膜浅着色;B组晶状体前囊着色.术前、术后1、3、7日角膜内皮细胞计数、内皮细胞变异系数、六角形细胞比例及眼压变化差异均无显著意义(P＞0.05).各组病理切片角膜内皮细胞均见不同程度核异形及水肿.扫描电镜显示术后1日 B组角膜内皮细胞肿胀轻于A组.结论0.1%台盼蓝可使兔眼晶状体前囊着色,眼内应用安全有效.气泡下染色效果更好。
