Abstract

This paper explores the evolution of internet law in the digital era. With the rapid proliferation of digital technologies, the legal landscape is facing numerous challenges and undergoing significant changes. The paper discusses the origins and development of internet law, the challenges posed by the characteristics of the digital era such as strong fluidity of information and cross-border nature, and the evolution of internet law to adapt to these challenges. It further proposes strategies to cope with these challenges, such as establishing a global framework for internet law and strengthening international legal coordination.
