Abstract

Bandung, as stated in the National Spatial Plan and the West Java Province Spatial Plan, is designated as National Activity Center. As National Activity Center, Bandung, in addition to a gateway to and from international regions, will also serve as service centers, processing centers, and transport node with national scale services. The population growth is high, the attraction of investors to open businesses in Bandung, which will lead to many kinds of trade and services. Correspondingly, the demand for space is very high and not in accordance with the spatial plans that has been created (Spatial Plan of Bandung 2011-2031).
