Abstract

In order to improve the quality of education and teaching methods, universities usually have their own standard of teaching estimation. However, during implementing, there are always some unavoidable imperfections. In this paper, several excellent improvement suggestions which can better reflect the practical conditions and effectively solve problems are demonstrated. All conclusions are based on the Hierarchical Structure Model of classroom assessment and the analyzing of some teaching cases by efficiency coefficient method. Long-term experience and suggestions from teaching and supervision are also taken into consideration. By these suggestions, teaching estimation will be consistent with teaching supervision.
