Abstract

Based on grounded theory, statistical method and information entropy theory, this paper constructs a set of evaluation index system of innovative enterprise human capital value. The results show that the final index system only uses only 16 indicators to reflect the pure information about 91.5% of the 30 observable indicators in the initial index system. Compared with similar research results, the evaluation index system of human capital of innovative enterprises constructed by this method reflects the main information while the number of indicators reduced greatly.
