Abstract

Abstract. Digitalisation, which has become an integral part of modern business, opens up new horizons and opportunities for enterprises in the service sector. However, along with increased digital transformation, new types of risks arise carrying both potential threats and opportunities for development. The purpose of this work is to identify the main risk factors and aspects that arise as a result of the digitalisation of service enterprises, as well as to reveal opportunities that can be adopted to manage these risks. The impact of digitalisation on the efficiency of business processes, interaction with customers, information security and data management in service enterprises is analysed. The author considers innovative approaches and strategies that enterprises can use to manage and reduce risks arising in the context of digital transformation.
