Abstract

The ESR spectra of some [Cp_2Ti(L)X] complexes (Cp: C_5H_5, MeC_5H_4; L: phosphane, isocyanide, pyridine, amine and carbon monoxide; X: F, Cl, Br, I) have been obtained. When X is Cl, Br or I, the linear relationships between the g value and hyperfine coupling coustant a(Ti) are explained in terms of the electron character of the L ligand and the ESR spectral trends of the complexes are studied.
