Abstract

Tanjung Raja merupakan Kecamatan tertua di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Tanjung Raja dialiri oleh sungai Ogan yang terhubung langsung dengan pusat kota Palembang. Sejarah masuknya Islam kedaerah ini tidak terlepas dari perdagangan dan Ulama yang datang untuk membeli hasil pertanian masyarakat. Proses penyebarannya sendiri dilakukan secara damai dengan strategi berinteraksi dengan penduduk lokal, melakukan kegiatan belajar Islam di rumah-rumah, carawisan ,dan di langgar hingga mendirikan pesantren dan maderasah untuk kegiatan belajar agama Islam secara formal. Masjid Al-Abrar merupakan bukti bahwa Islam sudah masuk ke daerah Tanjung Raja pada abad ke-19M, Hal tersebut membuat Islam semakin dikenal hingga masa sekarang ini. Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang proses masuknya agama Islam ke Daerah Tanjung Raja is the oldest sub-district in Ogan Ilir Regency, Tanjung Raja is flown by the Ogan river which is directly connected to the center of Palembang. The history of the entry of Islam into this area is inseparable from trade and Ulama who came to buy people's agricultural products. The process of spreading itself is carried out peacefully with the strategy of interacting with local residents, carrying out Islamic learning activities in homes, caravans, and in violations, to establish Islamic boarding schools and maderasah for formal Islamic religious learning activities. The Al-Abrar Mosque is proof that Islam has entered the Tanjung Raja area in the 19th century, which makes Islam increasingly known to this day. This research will discuss the process of the entry of Islam into the Tanjung Raja Region through trade, education, and cultural routes.
