Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of dual role conflict on the female employees performance, analyze the effect of job stress on the female employees performance, and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on the female employees performance. Every company always wants to have employees who doing great on their job, because having good quality in human resources can improve performance and success, depends on the quality of its human resources. If human resources can run effectively, then the sustainability of a company will run as well. The method of this research uses quantitative, data collection is using a questionnaire on 87 married female employees in the finishing section of PT SNI. The technique used is a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type. The results of the study prove that work family conflict negatively affects the female employees performance at PT Solusi Nusantara Indonesia in the Finishing Division, work stress negatively affects the female employees performance at PT Solusi Nusantara Indonesia in the Finishing Division, and emotional intelligence has a positive effect on the female employees performance at PT Solusi Nusantara Indonesia in the Finishing Division.
