Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of intraoperative liquid insulation on patients‘ intraoperative hypothermia and complications in hysteroscopy operation.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing hysteroscopy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was input liquids with conventional operation room temperature,the observation group was input 37 ℃ liquid,two groups were compared with intraoperative body temperature,amount of bleeding,operation time and complications.Results Temperature in 20min of the operation and the end of the operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,(P < 0.05).Bleeding volume,operation time were no statistical significance between two groups of (P > 0.05).Low temperature,chills,the incidence of infection in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Nursing liquid insulation can significantly reduce incidence of chill and complications during the hysteroscopic operation,ensure the safety of operation.
