Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of uterus resection of mediastinal under hysteroscopy treating infertility and nursing experiences. Methods A total of 80 patients with mediastinum womb were divided into observation group and control group according to the willingness of patients,40 cases in each group. The control group was given transvaginal resection of uterine septum, the observation group was given uterus resection of mediastinal under hysteroscopy under B mode ultrasound monitoring. The conditions of operation and follow-up,the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group,the operation time,hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group, the bleeding amount was less than that in the control group(P 0.05). There was no complication in observation group. Conclusions Uterus resection of mediastinal under hysteroscopy has superiority, careful perioperative operation nursing could make the operation more effective and safe, promote patients early recovery.
