Data is submitted to regression, correlation reliability and factor analyses using SPSS 13.0. The results showed that even both individual creativity and creative climate have positive effects on firm innovation; the effect of individual creativity is shadowed by the climate when their effects are tested in a holistic manner. These findings emphasized the importance of creative climate that encourages employees for creativity in order to increase the firm innovativeness.
