Abstract
목적 간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스 및 사회적 지지가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위함이다. 방법 이를 위하여 G시에 재학 중인 간호학과 학생 113명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통하려 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 program을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients와 multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 결과 5점 만점에 임상실습 스트레스가 평균 3.89점, 사회적 지지가 평균 4.09점, 전공만족도가 평균 2.73점으로 나타났다. 일반적 특성 중 학교생활이 전공만족도에 통계적으로 유의했다. 임상실습 스트레스(r=-.330, p<.001), 사회적지지(r=.500, p=.001)는 전공만족도에 각각 유의한 상관관계를 보였으며, 학교생활만족과 사회적지지, 임상실습스트레스가 전공만족도에 47.8%로 설명하고 있다. 결론 간호대학생의 학교생활만족과 사회적지지를 증진시켜주고, 임상실습 스트레스를 낮추기 위한 프로그램 개발이 필요하겠다.
