Abstract

The current research aimed to identify the impersonal orientation of educational counselors, and to build a counseling program according to the rational emotional behavioral theory (RBET) to reduce the impersonal orientation of educational counselors, and the current research was determined by educational counselors in Salah Al-Din Governorate for the academic year (2022-2023), and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the impersonal orientation scale prepared by (Mahmoud, 2021), which consisted of (30) items distributed over three components, and the program was presented to a group of experts And specialists in extension programs, and the experimental design was chosen with partial control for the control and experimental groups, as the research sample to identify the impersonal orientation of (134) mentor and mentor and by (81) mentor and (53) mentor, either the sample of the mentoring program amounted to (20) mentor and mentor who got the highest scores in the scale of non-personal orientation, and were randomly distributed by (10) individuals in the control group and (10) individuals in the experimental group, and the experimental group was exposed to the program The control group was not exposed to the program, The researcher used a set of statistical methods and statistical bag (SPSS) to reach the results required in the research procedures. The current research reached: 1. The presence of impersonal orientation among educational counselors. 2.
