Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the degree of effectiveness of administrative decision-making among middle school principals in the North region within the Green Line and its relationship to crisis management in light of the Corona pandemic from the teachers' point of view. The study used the correlational descriptive methodology and the questionnaire as a study tool after confirming its validity and reliability. The sample consisted of (362) middle school teachers, who were chosen using simple random sampling. The results showed that the degree of effectiveness of administrative decision-making and the level of crisis management among middle school principals in light of the Corona pandemic were high, and the existence of a positive correlation between the effectiveness of administrative decision-making and the level of crisis management among middle school principals in light of the Corona pandemic. The study recommended delegating to principals more power that enables them to take decisions in a decentralized manner, and to form crisis management committees at the school level to be in permanent session.
