Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of independent variables, namely financial literacy, intrinsic motivation, ICT knowledge, and government stimulus, on the dependent variable of digitalization readiness of micro and small enterprises. This study uses quantitative methods of multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The population of this study, namely micro and small business actors in Sumenep Regency, Sample determination using the purposive sampling technique, namely in determining the right sample based on certain criteria and considerations, and samples that match the criteria can be processed. The findings of this study indicate that financial literacy has no effect on the readiness of digitalization of micro and small enterprises. Intrinsic motivation has no effect on the readiness of digitalization of micro and small enterprises. While ICT knowledge affects the digitalization readiness of micro and small enterprises, government stimulus affects the digitalization readiness of micro and small enterprises.
