Abstract

Employees are a very important factor in an organization to achieve organizational goals. Satisfactory work performance from employees does not occur instantly but needs continuous evaluation. This study aims to examine 1. Effect of Training on employee performance, 2. Discipline Influence on employee performance, 3. Effect of Motivation on employee performance, 4. Effect of Satisfaction on employee performance, 5. Effect of Training, Discipline, Motivation, and satisfaction with achievement employee. The purpose of this study is to obtain appropriate and reliable knowledge about the Effects of Training, Discipline, Motivation, and satisfaction on employee performance. This research was conducted in Indonesia, with a sample of 209 respondents, namely research. Data were analyzed using SEM techniques, for the purpose of this study to test the theory, the technical analysis carried out was based on SEM (Covariance based SEM), SEM approach using PLS tools. The tool used to carry out the analysis with the PLS approach in this study is SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study indicate that the variable that has a major influence on Job Performance is Discipline. Meanwhile, the variable that has a low impact on Employee Performance is Satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that Training, Discipline, Motivation, and Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance . This shows that employees who are given an assessment by their superiors make the employee's performance even higher.
