Data collection uses questionnaires which are distributed directly to respondents using offline and online methods. The data analysis technique uses SEM PLS. The research results show that: (1) training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (2) training, work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and (3) training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. For this reason, if the District Office management attempts to improve employee performance, this can be done through increasing training intensity and strengthening motivation accompanied by creating employee job satisfaction.
