Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of training, work environment, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Mayora Cibitung with a sample of 210 people who were randomly selected from the total population of 411 employees. Data for each variable was collected separately by filling out a questionnaire by the respondent. The path technique is applied to analyze data that has previously been processed by aggressive procedures and correlations. These results prove that employee performance is directly affected by training, work environment and job satisfaction are in turn influenced by training and work environment. The findings show that variations in employee performance are influenced by training, work environment, and employee job satisfaction which are considered in strategic planning for human resource development at PT. Mayora Cibitung.
