Certain residual neural manifestations are apt to remain, however, in spite of adequate liver therapy. This is particularly true in patients with advanced nervous system involvement and in those who have not been adequately treated at the onset.Considerable thought has been given the various vitamins1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11in connection with pernicious anemia and its associated neural disturbances.
