Abstract

The aim of this study was to prepare stretching exercises in the form of neural facilities for sensory and multimedia receptors in learning some defensive skills in basketball and to identify the effect of longitudinal exercises in the facilitation method. The problem of the research was that the methods used in teaching the first stage students did not include the use of modern methods of learning skills (20) students from physical education and sports sciences / Al Mustansiriya University, and were divided into two groups. The researcher used the experimental method and exercises were used. Neural neuromuscular facilities for sensory receptors within the applied part of the main section and used multimedia, films and audio-visual equipment in the presentation of texts about the intended learning as well as photographs of the typical skills and global models of the skillful performance of defense skills in basketball. The researcher hypothesized that there are statistically significant differences in the effect of using lengthening exercises In the method of neuromuscular facilities for the sensory and multimedia reception in learning the defense skills of students and for the post-tests and for the benefit of the experimental group, the researcher concluded that stretching exercises and media The study recommended the adoption of this study in the teaching of basketball skills for the students of the first stage and its adoption of different stages and sports.
