The effect of stroke intensive care on nervous function and prognosis in patients with acute stroke

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of stroke intensive care in patients with stroke effect.Methods Eighty patients with acute stroke were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different nursing methods,the control group was given the routine nursing,the observation group was treated with stroke intensive care unit,two groups were compared with neurological functional recovery and prognosis.Results The improvement of the SSS score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).During the follow-up period,good rate of GOS was 70％ in the observation group that was significantly higher than 40％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Plant survival rate of 2.5％ was significantly lower than 17.5％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Stroke intensive care can effectively improve the quality of nursing,to enhance the treatment effect,improve the prognosis of the patients.
