Abstract

I witnessed the learning process with special exercises that take into account the motor and skill capabilities when preparing them by repeating the performance of a specific movement or several movements in different images in order to reach a specific effect and achieve a special goal and this cannot be achieved scientifically in learning the skills of the jumping table, including and open in gymnastics Technical for women, except through its close association with other sciences, including biomechanics, which studies the study of movement in terms of its place and time and the forces causing it by achieving its duties in (analyzing, clarifying, improving and developing techniques) through kinematic analysis, which is one of the basic pillars of biomechanics, as Through which it was possible to segment the movement into its overlapping conditions, and then know the nature of each part of the movement in order to apply the principles and mechanical laws appropriate to the ideal performance of the movement, using the latest devices and advanced scientific methods as well as modern technologies that will contribute to achieving good performance. The experimental method was used by designing the control and experimental groups for its suitability to the nature of the research problem. The researcher identified the research sample on the third stage students - the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, who are (20) students. The researcher determined the skill of crushing beating by looking at the external sources and references of the game. The skill of jumping was determined inclusive and open on the jumping table for students and some of the motor abilities and the kinematic variables the subject of the research. As for the tests that were identified, the researcher relied on the sources, references and previous research in determining the tests Occasion. The researcher used statistical means (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, skew coefficient, simple correlation coefficient (Pearson) and (t) test for linked and independent samples).
