Abstract

Currently, there are fewer and fewer healthy and strong plantings in urban parks due to various anthropogenic changes. One of these factors is the recreational load exerted on the soil, which causes adverse effects on the stand and ground cover. The rich component of the parks with numerous trees and beautiful ground cover is an integral part of the place for cultural recreation in the city. In addition, the park is a special green area that provides oxygen, absorbs road noise, traps dust and improves the atmosphere. The work was based on nine samples buried in the park, at three sites with different levels of recreational load under different tree species. The influence of recreational load on the biological activity of the soils of the urban park is shown.
