Using the product moment person correlation test, the validity and reliability of this research instrument were evaluated. The path analysis was applied to research data to determine the direct and indirect effects among variables by first applying the tests for normality, homogeneity, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The results of this study indicated that the instructional leadership, work discipline, and work motivation of the principal have a direct and indirect effect on teacher performance
