Third, it was found that diversity, importance, and feedback factors had a significant positive (+) effect on intrinsic job satisfaction. Fourth, in the relationship between job characteristics on external job satisfaction, importance and feedback were found to have a significant positive (+) effect. Fifth, it was found that both external and internal values had a positive (+) effect on both intrinsic and external satisfaction. As a result of this study, it was found that efforts will be needed to increase the satisfaction of MZ generation hair designers through coordination of job characteristics and restoration of flexibility.
